During COVID-19, travel restrictions left galleries and artists disconnected from audiences. The ASEAN Sculpture Gardens launched a virtual experience to allow people to explore sculptures remotely, with interactive displays set up in the physical gallery to enhance the experience for local visitors.

Solution
A virtual 3D tour of the gallery allowed users to "walk" through, view sculptures in 360 degrees, and access interactive information panels with artist backgrounds and cultural context. The platform was optimized for various devices, with features like quizzes and a virtual “guestbook” to boost engagement. Screens placed in the physical gallery allowed local visitors to explore art up-close.
