Changi Airport, known for its world-class facilities, faced navigation challenges due to its size and complexity. To enhance the traveler experience, it implemented a virtual tour-based wayfinding system to guide passengers to attractions, dining, and shopping locations.

Passengers often struggled to navigate the airport, missing key attractions like Jewel Changi or dining and shopping opportunities. A user-friendly wayfinding solution was needed to simplify navigation and maximize engagement.
